Who is Euphoria?

Euphoria Travels is a full service registered leisure travel company that makes group travel arrangements. Euphoria Travels is owned by Euphoria Travel Alliance LLC.

I DON'T HAVE A ROOMMATE. WILL you match me with ONE?

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE ITINERARY AND MY TRAVEL DOCUMENTS?

Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday 10 AM - 5 PM and on Saturdays from 10 AM - 2 PM.

We are not accepting requests for quotes for private trips for individuals and small groups. If you need a customized itinerary for a private group and have a minimum of 10 passengers, you can visit our sister site for business to business bookings at www.euphoriatravellounge.com or email us at info@euphoriatravelers.com to redirect your request.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and ACH transfers.

No, we do not provide refunds. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before reservation is accepted. To protect your investment, each and every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

Payments may be made in full or in installments as elected at time of registration. When your installment payment is due, you will receive an email reminder. Late payments will attract additional fees. If you encounter a problem with your payment, please contact the office as soon as possible.

Where the canceling roommate has made sufficient payments, the remaining roommate is not required to pay additional costs. It is possible that a new roommate may be assigned. Where the canceling roommate has not completed payment, the remaining roommate might be required to pay the costs associated with a single supplement. Only written cancellations will be considered.

Yes. A traveler registering after the payment plan has begun will be required to make the initial registration deposit and will incur higher monthly installments in order to keep up with payment deadlines.

You will receive a booking confirmation email with a summary of your booking and payment information. You will also receive monthly email reminders for upcoming payment installments.  

On our website homepage for www.euphoriatravelers.com you will see a link for Account Login. Using the email you registered with and the password you created for the account, log in to view and make payment installments.

We will make every effort to match you with a suitable roommate. If no suitable match is found, you will be required to bear the additional cost for a single room supplement.

You will receive the itinerary via email 30 days prior to departure, once full payment has been received.
